The Nun 2: Prepare for Another Terrifying Encounter in the Highly Anticipated Horror Sequel

Good news for all the horror-movie lovers out there! Warner Bros. Pictures dropped the first official trailer for ‘The Nun 2’. The upcoming American gothic supernatural horror movie is a sequel to the 2018 release, ‘The Nun.’

The sequel, directed by Michael Chaves, will mark to be the ninth installment in ‘The Conjuring Universe’ franchise and will portray American actress Taissa Farmiga as Sister Irene once again.

Bonnie Aarons as Valak or the Nun and Jonas Bloquet as Frenchie will also be appearing again and star alongside Storm Reid, Anna Popplewell, and Katelyn Rose Downey.
The upcoming movie starts four years after the first one, in 1956, after a priest is maliciously killed in France, and the plot revolves around Sister Irene facing the demonic power Valak, the Nun, at a boarding school.

The first film, ‘The Nun,’ marked to be the highest-grossing ‘The Conjuring Universe’ movie of all time with $365.5 million globally.

‘The Nun 2’ is set to hit the theatres on September 8, 2023.
