RJ Balaji, widely known for his comedic roles, is stepping into the action genre with Sorgavaasal, an intense thriller slated for release on November 29. The recently released trailer hints at a darker, grittier performance from Balaji, showcasing his transformation into a brutal character. Directed by Siddharth Viswanath, a former assistant to acclaimed filmmaker Pa. Ranjith, the film features a strong supporting cast, including Karunas, Selvaraghavan, and Balaji Sakthivel.

Set within a prison, Sorgavaasal offers a suspenseful storyline underscored by an eye-catching poster featuring blood-stained hands making a symbolic gesture.
