Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-anticipated film, Love & War, featuring Bollywood heavyweights Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal, has officially been rescheduled for a theatrical release on March 20, 2026. Originally set for Christmas 2025, the film’s new date strategically coincides with significant festivals like Ramzan, Ram Navami, and Gudi Padwa, aiming to capitalize on the festive box office surge .
The delay in the film’s production was partly due to unforeseen setbacks, including set damage caused by heavy rains in Mumbai, which postponed shooting schedules by approximately two months .
