Ram Pothineni is all set to hit the big screen again with his upcoming film Double iSmart, releasing globally on August 15th. Known for his dedication, Ram underwent a remarkable physical transformation for the role. After bulking up for his previous film Skanda, Ram needed to shed weight to achieve a fit physique for Double iSmart.

Filming for the climax scenes, featuring Ram alongside Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, began in November 2023. With limited time due to scheduling conflicts with Dutt, Ram had just two months to achieve a lean, shirtless-ready look. He revealed during promotions that he flew to Bali and underwent an intense training program, dropping an impressive 18 kgs.

This dedication resulted in a sculpted physique with six-pack abs, perfectly suited for the action-packed climax sequence with Sanjay Dutt. Double iSmart, directed by Puri Jagannadh and starring Kavya Thapar as the leading lady, promises to be a mass-entertaining action film produced by Puri Connects.
