Dark Secrets Unveiled: ‘The First Omen’ Set to Haunt Theaters in April 2024

The upcoming American supernatural horror film, ‘The First Omen,’ which is a prequel to Richard Donner’s horror classic ‘The Omen’ (1976), is all set for its theatrical release by 20th Century Studios on April 5, 2024.

The prequel is directed by Arkasha Stevenson and written by Stevenson, Tim Smith, and Keith Thomas from a story by Ben Jacoby.

The movie depicts an American woman who is sent to work at a church in Rome and discovers a nefarious plot to bring about the birth of an Antichrist.

In April 2016, a prequel was announced to be in the works, and by May 2022, 20th Century Studios began developing it. David S. Goyer and Keith Levine are the producers under the Phantom Four label, with Tim Smith, Whitney Brown, and Gracie Wheelan as executive producers.

The cast of ‘The First Omen’ includes Nell Tiger Free, Tawfeek Barhom, Sônia Braga, Ralph Ineson and Bill Nighy.
